deepFalcon1313 Threat & Vulnerability Intelligence was founded by Manny Garcia — a seasoned technology and cybersecurity professional with three decades of hands-on experience in vulnerability management, enterprise security, and IT operations. DeepFalcon1313 exists because the gap between knowing threats exist and knowing what to do about them was costing organizations like yours real money and real risk every single day.

Why DeepFalcon1313 Exists

After three decades working across technology and security disciplines, I found myself facing a problem that I knew was not unique to me. Keeping up with the rapidly changing security landscape had become a full-time job within a full-time job. New phishing campaigns, fresh CVEs, living-off-the-land techniques, and emerging threat actors were being disclosed daily — across dozens of separate sources — with no single place to get a clear, actionable picture of what was happening right now and what to do about it.

Enterprise security teams at large organizations have dedicated threat intelligence platforms costing tens of thousands of dollars a year. But the IT manager at a 200-person company, the MSP serving ten SMB clients, the solo CISO stretched across three responsibilities — they were largely left to figure it out themselves.

I decided to start this service because I found myself struggling to keep up with the changing security landscape without a single source to deliver vulnerability and threat information on this level.
Manny Garcia, Founder, deepFalcon1313 Threat & Vulnerability Intelligence

deepFalcon1313 Threat & Vulnerability Intelligence is my answer to that problem. Every morning — before most security teams start their day — I synthesize the previous 24 hours of threat intelligence and vulnerability disclosures from over 20 mandatory sources, map the findings to MITRE ATT&CK, defang and document the IOCs, write the executive summaries in plain language, and deliver two reports directly to your inbox. One for threats. One for vulnerabilities. Both actionable.

The DeepFalcon1313 Methodology

Every report follows a strict methodology designed to ensure accuracy, relevance, and immediate actionability. No finding is included without a verified primary source. No IOC is published without being defanged for safety.

🔍
Date-Gated Research
Only articles first published on the coverage date qualify as primary findings. Prior-date intelligence is documented in the Follow-Up Log — never presented as new.
🗂️
20+ Mandatory Sources
Microsoft Security Blog, CISA, Cisco Talos, Proofpoint, Cofense, BleepingComputer, The Hacker News, Krebs on Security, and 12 additional primary sources checked daily.
🎯
MITRE ATT&CK Mapping
Every threat finding is mapped to the relevant MITRE ATT&CK technique and tactic — giving defenders the framework context to understand and respond to each threat.
Actionable IOCs
All indicators of compromise are defanged for safe distribution and documented in a structured format ready for immediate use in your security tooling after refanging.
📋
CVE Severity + Exploit Status
Every vulnerability report includes CVSS scores, exploit-in-the-wild confirmation, affected product versions, and step-by-step remediation guidance.
🗣️
Plain Language Summaries
Every report includes an executive summary written for non-technical stakeholders — so your IT manager and your CEO are working from the same intelligence picture.

DeepFalcon1313 Is Built for the People in the Gap

If you are an IT manager, MSP owner, SOC analyst, or CISO at a small to mid-size organization — you are the person DeepFalcon1313 was built for. You know the threats are real. You know you cannot monitor twenty sources every morning. And you know that a $50,000-a-year enterprise threat intelligence platform is not in your budget.

DeepFalcon1313 fills that gap. Daily. Before your team starts their day. At a price that makes sense for organizations that need enterprise-grade intelligence without the enterprise price tag.

Primary Research Sources

Every finding in every DeepFalcon1313 report links back to its original primary source. DeepFalcon1313 is a curated intelligence aggregation service — the value is in the synthesis, the MITRE mapping, the IOC defanging, and the actionable summaries — not in replacing the original research.

Intelligence Aggregation Service
deepFalcon1313 Threat & Vulnerability Intelligence is a curated intelligence aggregation service. All findings published in DeepFalcon1313 reports link to and cite their original primary source articles. deepFalcon1313 does not conduct independent penetration testing, offensive security research, or vulnerability discovery. All content is compiled from publicly available sources for educational and defensive purposes only.
IOC Safety Notice
All indicators of compromise (IOCs) published in DeepFalcon1313 reports are defanged for safe distribution — domains use [.] notation and URLs use hxxp:// format. Always refang indicators before loading them into security tooling. Verify all findings against the linked primary source before taking defensive action in your environment.
